Baoding balls were first made 1000's of years ago. These Baoding balls have chimes inside. You use them by putting both in one hand and carefully rotating them repeatedly. The benefits are many: strengthening hand muscles, relaxation, stress relief, increasing and balancing chi in the body. The design is cloisonné on a blue background with yellow and red butterflies. They come in a lovely black satin, cushioned box for storing. Two Baoding balls are included.
