Shipping policy
Covid-19: We have implemented strict protocols to protect our staff and our customers. We wash our hands regularly, keep surfaces and products clean, keep hand sanitizer close at all times and use an air purifier with a 4-stage filtration system that keeps our air clean and pure. Your orders will be safely packed and shipped to you. We send our loving thoughts and prayers to any and all who have been affected by the virus. Stay safe and healthy - we are all in this together and together we will make it through ♥
Order Processing Time: We typically process your order within 24 hours, but there are times when it could take longer (from 1-3 days) during very busy times (e.g. holidays, weekends or during sales promotions) but we always strive for the 24 hour processing time to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible!
*We typically ship Monday through Friday (excepting federal holidays), so if you order over the weekend, your package will, typically, be shipped by Monday unless that Monday is a federal holiday. Saturday shipping is a possibility, but never guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers: At check-out you will have a choice of either USPS or UPS, with choices to expedite your shipping if you so desire. If a package is marked as delivered by the chosen carrier (USPS or UPS), Lavender Lotus is neither liable nor responsible for for a lost package. However, if we can help you resolve the issue, we most certainly will ♥
Tracking: You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Holiday Shipping Guidelines for 2020:
The following are Holiday cut-off dates. Please order early enough to ensure that your package reaches its destination on time. After these dates there is no guarantee that your package will arrive at its destination before December 25th.
